This service delivers a structured, sport-specific plan to ensure optimal carbohydrate availability, hydration balance, and recovery timing — before, during, and after competition.

Bundles & Recurring Services

Performance Complete Bundle – $799 (One Month Commitment)

The Performance Complete Bundle combines The Blueprint and Competition Fuel to give athletes a complete strategy for training, fueling, and performing at their best.

During your first month, we develop a personalized nutrition plan that supports daily training, recovery, and race-day performance. Together we create a fueling strategy aligned with your training schedule, body composition goals, and competition calendar.

This bundle also includes a weekly 30-minute strategy call to review progress, adjust fueling protocols, and troubleshoot challenges as they arise.

The $799 bundle price covers your first 28 days of coaching and program development. After the initial month, athletes may continue ongoing support—including weekly strategy calls—through the Weekly Strategy Support program for $297 per 28-day cycle.

This program is ideal for athletes who want a clear performance fueling strategy with expert guidance and accountability.

Performance Elite Bundle – $1069 (One Month Commitment)

The Performance Elite Bundle provides the highest level of nutrition support by combining The Blueprint, Competition Fuel, weekly 30-minute strategy calls, and custom weekly meal plans.

During the first month, we build a fully personalized fueling system designed to support your training load, recovery, and competition demands. Weekly meal plans help simplify daily nutrition so athletes can focus on training and performance rather than planning meals.

The $1069 bundle price covers the first 28 days, including strategy development, coaching calls, and personalized meal planning with specific macros to match training volume.

After the initial month, athletes may continue support—including weekly strategy calls and/or meal plans—through the Weekly Strategy Support program starting at $297 per 28-day cycle.

This package is ideal for athletes who want complete guidance, structure, and hands-on support throughout their training cycle.

Weekly Strategy Support – $349 (28-Day Cycle)

This program provides ongoing guidance and accountability for athletes who want consistent support with their fueling and performance goals.

Each week includes a 30-minute strategy call to review training, refine nutrition strategies, and address challenges as your training evolves. Athletes may also choose to receive a weekly meal plan designed to support energy, recovery, and performance.

This program is billed on a 28-day cycle at $349 and can be upgraded to include weekly meal plans for $479 and $260 for Meal Plans only.

Athletes who have previously completed a Performance Bundle may continue their support at a preferred rate of $297 per 28-day cycle.

This option provides consistent structure and expert guidance to help athletes fuel smarter, recover faster, and perform stronger.
